In this video, we describe a custom Snowtrekker carbon fiber tent frame product made for one of our clients. This carbon fiber was custom made for his Snowtrekker 8x10 Crew for solo winter tripping.
We use top of the line USA made carbon fiber tubes for its high-strength and quality. Top quality 3M structural adhesives are used to bond the aluminum sleeves to the carbon fiber tubes. Canadian made bungee cord used to connect all of the tubes together. To keep all of the tubes together during transport, we have custom sewn, USA made elastic bands for easy use and not to scratch your carbon fiber tubes. Japanese cotton fabric used to create a transport bag, along with reflective USA made paracord.
