I posted on my instagram story 2 weeks ago talking about a funny dream I had that lead to me having sleep paralysis, the scary thing is that this sleep paralysis was the second time in a row that I saw a figure looking at me while I was awake. Enough people had questions about what sleep paralysis for me is like that I decided to film this video explaining how my regular sleep paralysis episodes usually consist of my being awake but only enough to see my room, however, my body still can not move. This has been happening to me since I was 12, it wasnt until a month ago that I was visited during sleep paralysis. If anyone has any advice that would be much appreciated, I havent been able to sleep well in weeks.
