After a lot of wandering we finally make our way to the end of the Great Palace. Turns out, there's a quick exit to the Great Palace as well at the end that takes us to that locked one-way door at the start. After exploring everything we can I finally head back to defeat the Thunderbird and Dark Link.
Unfortunately, Dark Link is still really easy by cheesing duck slashes over in the corner...
Zelda Again: Link is Adventuresome is a PC remake of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link by Hoverbat, mostly just recreating the engine and expanding the game world and structure a bit.
ZALIA tries to clean up some of the problems of the original game while keeping the core experience intact.
