What’s with all this SMART AF???

Here’s the story and why it matters. (I was in the Army, so of course, it’s an acronym.)

After the Army and my Advertising degree, I began working with small businesses.
Then in 2007, due to the real estate crash, I very quickly became a small business owner myself. Since then, through my marketing agency, training, courses, and presentations I have worked with thousands of business owners and one thing is true:
