Issues with your account
Google will not approve your business photos if your account has been recently suspended or your listing profile is still new. If this is the case, you should wait a few days before your photos can be approved.

Poor image quality
Google will not approve your business photos if they are of low quality. This may mean that your photos are blurry or have poor lighting. Screenshot photos are also not accepted by Google and will be rejected if you upload them.

Inappropriate photos
Not all photos can be uploaded to your Google business profile, especially if the content is inappropriate. For instance, if your photos contain nudity, violence, or hate speech, they will be rejected. Additionally, they will not be approved if they have more than 10% text.

Wrong image size and format
Google has specific recommendations on the sizes of photos you should upload, which are 720 px tall and 720 px wide. The minimum resolutions to be approved are 250 px tall and 250 px wide. Additionally, google only accepts photos in PNG and JPG format. If you fail to follow these requirements, your business photos will not be approved.
