🌼 Maa Saraswati Bhog – Saffron Rice Recipe
🪔 Ingredients
1 glass basmati rice(325 gms)
1.75 glass of water
8–10 strands of saffron
4-5 tablespoons milk (for soaking saffron)
200gms sugar (as per taste)
4 tablespoons ghee
8–10 cashews (halved)
8–10 raisins
1 black cardamom Crushed
3–4 green cardamoms (crushed)
5 cloves
1/2 cinnamon stick
A pinch of yellow food color (optional)
👉 Note: For bhog, do not use onion, garlic, or salt.
