Callus of the Big Toe

Описание: Have you ever wondered "why" you have a callus on the big toe? In this video I explain why you can get a callus on the inside of the big to and offer some helpful tips to prevent it from getting worse and sometimes completely eliminate it.
👉It is quite common to see this callus presentation in people who have flat feet, tight calves, collapsing arches and poorly fitting footwear.
❗❗If you are at high risk of infection, seek out professional help to have your calluses trimmed or shaved. Wearing low friction socks and good shoes can help and so can a good orthotic. Proper calf stretching can help and exercises to strengthen your arches can be beneficial.
