Описание: Whether you come to Lucky Bay to make the most of the sheltered lagoon or use it as a base to check out some of the surrounding sights and attractions. This nature-based camp has plenty of positives to keep you coming back.

We have stayed quite a few times now and what we like the most is there is plenty of options. Like the freedom of choosing where to camp, with no paid pre booking of sites, which allows flexibility in travel dates. You pay for as many nights as you need, drive in, and assess where you’d like set up camp. Whether its tucked away or set up in group setting, your options are endless. There is no pre booking, it’s first in, best dressed, with plenty of space to cater to the individual needs of campers.

The designated camping area with eco drop toilets, is where you’ll have to stay if you don’t have a portaloo. This area can accommodate large buses, trucks, caravans, roof top tents or swags. Just work your way through and find a spot that suits your needs. Now if you’re self-sufficient with a toilet and air compressor you can brave the softer sands and head out to find a camp on the beach or near the lagoon and this is what we love and do.

Being an aquatic paradise there is plenty of options like snorkeling, fishing, spearfishing, surfing, kitesurfing, boating, jet skiing, drone fishing just to name a few. Alternatively you can head up and tackle the sand dunes or lay back, relax and watch the beautiful sunsets set over the water.

This is a camp that provides in a time when access to is being denied and closed across the country. Where we are forced to pay more for structured, boxed in, manmade campsite that you may have to pre book months in advance. We know sometimes the simplest things in life are the most rewarding, like parking your vehicle on the beach spending the day fishing, swimming or enjoying a picnic without having to carry half the house on your back and the worry that you've forgotten something. This is one of the best camps Nature Camps in WA that provides flexibility, put it on your list to visit, just check the rules upon entry, respect the space and fellow campers. Bring what you need and take away your rubbish (skip bins at entry to camp) and hopefully we’ll keep this one for years to come. Prices are currently $15 per vehicle per night. Happy Camping!
