Skinnerbox – blood in '69

I found this CD for sale on eBay—I was already buying something else from the seller and thought "what the hell, this looks interesting." I looked it up and saw that these guys were really unknown. This seller had several copies of the CD, deadstock, so I guess they just never got off the ground. A shame, I quite like them.
This CD came with a slip of paper talking about the band. Here's what it says:

This band is a unique phenomenon
Skinnerbox is an Indie-rock outfit in the broadest sense of the word, combining song writing skills from the seventies, the energy of punk rock, and the heaviness of the grunge era into their own musical box of Pandora. They call it: stinking socks rock. Inspired by a broad pallet of among others The White Stripes, The Stooges, Talking Heads, Nick Cave and Fugazi they perform together, spreading universal energy amongst the heads of their audiences. They Smell. They Sweat. They Screech and howl. Skinnerbox is being filled by:
Preacher Boneway (voice, guitar)
Sweating, singing, spitting and cursing he fronts this illustrious fellowship. Swaying on stage and bumping around, he don't care 'bout no past or future. On stage preacher turns into a godless animal.
Drill Bill (drums)
He is the director, the conscious and THE ANIMAL of Skinnerbox. His way of playing the drums is unknown and unseen. From hitting to fuddling, drumming to trashing, DRILL BILL does it all. Drill Bill is active for years as musician and sound engineer/producer and made his mark with illustrious bands like Alice is Back and producing all about Rotterdam underground bands in the 80's and 90's.
Die Eisern Frau (voice, bass guitar)
'The Treviras' is the band she started off with in the dark days, of underground Rotterdam. Die Eiserne Frau played in 'Mother of Pearl' (undance-able dance music) with Drill Bill before joining Skinnerbox. Her bass style is crackling, rippin' and raw, plays without a plectrum. Not playing without her beloved distortion paddle.
