Choklik cheese has traditionally been made from sheep or goat milk. The milk is first turned into yogurt, then processed in a traditional skin bag (khik) to become a nutritious cheese rich in probiotics. The remaining whey is later turned into Qareh Ghoroot.

The only important points for making this cheese are using full-fat raw (unboiled) milk and sour yogurt starter. All steps and details are shown in the video.
