/Instytut is one of the three laboratories which are proceeding research on high voltage in Europe but the only one which hosts the techno parties twice a year. Few thousands of people can freely have fun near to impact generator with 5MV power able to create thunders as well as among strange devices used in daily functioning of that object. 12 floors high building in which strong electrical discharges are regularly produced is filled with the unusual energy.
Probably this energy and unique venue climate are causing that if you will visit the Instytut once, you will never forget about it./
