To practice this objection handling drill you will need a partner. One person acts as a buyer and the other person acts as a seller. The buyer gives the seller an objection. The seller acknowledges the objection and asks a question instead of trying to solve the objection.
If the seller hesitates then he or she has to start over until he or she successfully handles the objection, free of emotion. When you keep your emotions low it helps you to stay present and fully hear the person with the objection.
