Former Labor minister Mike Kelly says everybody in the Labor movement is under “enormous pressure” to give in to those advocating for free speech amid Israeli President Isaac Herzog’s trip to Australia.
“Clearly, everybody in the Labor movement at the moment is under this enormous pressure to effectively give in to those who are advocating the illumination of free speech in our country,” Mr Kelly told Sky News host James Macpherson.
“At every turn, these people, these groups, this organisation, propaganda attempts to eliminate free speech in this country.”
