The verdict is in, and it's yet another costly chapter in the ongoing saga of Kanye West's infamous Malibu beach house disaster. On Wednesday, March 11, a jury ruled that Ye must pay handyman Tony Saxon a whopping $140,000, on top of attorney fees and court costs, in what has become just the latest financial headache tied to the rapper's ill-fated gutting of the stunning Tadao Ando-designed oceanfront property. Saxon claimed in the lawsuit that West had agreed to pay him $20,000 per week under a 2021 deal, only to follow through with a single $20,000 payment and a $100,000 contribution toward construction costs, leaving the handyman high and dry for the remainder.
