The Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on a plea filed by RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav challenging a lower court order directing framing of charges against him in the alleged land-for-jobs corruption case in the Railways.After a brief hearing, a single-judge bench headed by Justice Manoj Jain sought a response from the CBI and posted the plea for further hearing on March 17.
