this is the second time that I have been pulled over in Morelia Michoacan Mexico! crazy thing is that I haven't been breaking the law lol. we have traveled all around Mexico and for some reason this state is the only state that has decided to pull us over not only once but twice so far for no reason! I can only assume that I will continue to be pulled over in Mexico with a foreign-plated vehicle especially if I am driving in morelia.
