this is the first ever story to sprung out of an original character i have created. over the years i've changed both characters face claims never feeling as if they fully fit the role but i think this is the closest i could ever get to their portrayal.
this video started as yet another project i was sure to be archived and deleted after some time, but this song was so perfect for them & i especially loved this slowed/reverbed version of it. i've been in a vidding slump for months now but i managed to finish this video in two weeks time. it's far from perfect mostly because i had very vague direction since most of this story is being rewritten so a lot is changing from the original but i focused on the aesthetics and vibes of it rather than the storyline itself.

summary: helena is the daughter of an italian glass merchant, who makes a deal with the devil, promising him her soul in exchange for her father's freedom. however, tempted by her pure nature, the devil asks for something beyond her soul.
