In today's lesson, you will learn how to link an Excel Chart to PowerPoint.
Open the Excel file you need. Click on the chart to select it. Press Ctrl[Control]+V on your keyboard to copy the chart.
Open the PowerPoint presentation you need. Click on the tiny arrow under 'Paste' option. Select the fourth paste option – Keep source Formatting & Link Data.
Now, resize both windows so each takes half of your screen. If you edit data in Excel, it will change the chart in both Excel and PowerPoint automatically.
