材料:鸡蛋两个,盐1克,纯净水,酱油,小葱
做法:
1、先将鸡蛋打入碗中搅散,
2、放入食盐,加入跟鸡蛋液相等的纯净水,继续搅拌均匀,
3、搅拌均匀的鸡蛋液盖上保鲜膜上锅蒸,水开后上锅蒸10分钟即可,
4、取出鸡蛋糕打上花刀,放葱花点缀,淋上酱油即可。
