I explain the different habitats and what weather is the best to see them hunting actively and then once you have found them how to behave to ensure they do not get disturbed.

Short-eared owls are found pretty much on every continent in the world, America, Europe and Asia and there is even a sub species living on the islands of Hawaii. Only Antartica and Australia do not have this magnificent owl present.

While I have plenty of experience finding short-eared owls, there’s always more to learn!
