Описание: Years pass and you decide it's time to let it go for good. The feelings you thought were gone are actually still rotting deep inside your heart, keeping you from pursuing healthier situations and relationships. It's time for grieving. For real this time.

This song came from the seventh stage of grief, acceptance, when you finally realize you're still holding on to old ideas and the hurt that's never left you, continuing to hang on to words spoken years ago as if they're your only connection to this life, which is not true. This is also one of the newer songs I've written and also a deliberate action on my part to try and deal with the ghost of abandonment. This was the last song I've written before recording this EP and one of the lyrics I enjoy the most. It's pretty gothic and gloomy, just the way I like it.

“Dear Ghost” is part of my upcoming EP "The Final Nail in the Coffin," a record inspired by the 7 stages of grief, out October 31st.
