In this mod there are 2 versions of the Autódromo Internacional de Luanda – Luanda, a spectacular venue built in 1972, which unfortunately lost its chance to become an international motorsport appointment due to the long civil war that will affect Angola from 1975 for nearly 30 years.
The original circuit, with its 6 layouts that range from a 3.2km oval to a 6.3km racetrack, is accurately presented for Assetto Corsa.
The fictional F1 redesign made by me is also included, where the part between Turn 15 to Turn 8 has kept the concept of the original Circuit No.5, with some corner angles variations to allow for more run-off areas.
Also the gentle banking in all the long, fast and sweeping corners has been preserved.
The newly design bit is the core of sector 2, with a technical section between Turn 9 and 14, which adds a tight braking zone and a couple of chicanes.
It’s a long circuit, where high-average speeds will be reached and overtaking is possible in plenty of corners.
