I had to fix a few things for Hiram's Ryoko:
1. Ultra Argentine Backbreaker (lol wut) now costs 1,000PP
2. KoF-style counter and Guard Escape now costs 1,000PP

Comboability made accurate to the source game
This Ryoko has her own moves, as well as moves from other people. Unfortunately she's also compatible with Kuromaru, Slime, and Tessa (I-NO edit). Sick.
As for Bloody Shang Tsung, Yay, for Mortal Kombat sprite edits. He did a good job on this MK2-Shang Tsung. I wish I could say the same about the AI, which is basically spam and over-the-top juggling capabilities.
