Hello everyone! Today's recipe is Golden Ox Cookies Recipe | German Shortbread | 金牛德式酥饼 | Chinese New Year 2021
These cute little ox cookies will look amazing for Chinese New Year 2021 to celebrate the year of the ox.
[47 pieces - 7g each]
☆Ingredients
125g Butter
40g Icing sugar
125g Potato starch
80g Low protein flour
☆Steps
1. Beat butter and icing sugar until half fluffy.
2. Add in potato starch, and mix well.
3. Once mix well, add in low protein flour.
4. Mix until it becomes a soft dough.
5. Divide dough into 3 parts.
1/3 - Cocoa powder
1/3 - Red coloring
1/3 - Plain dough
6. Wrap using cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
7. Bake at 150'C in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
