Salt Lake City was the perfect girls trip getaway!! It had a balance of fun and rest, with nights out and dinners as well as spa time and time spent exploring the city. My friends have always been an important part of my life, and traveling together adds a sense of connection and ease that feels especially meaningful.

As a mom, I sometimes find myself thinking about balance. I love time with friends, and I also miss Clarabell when I am away. Over time, I have learned that time with friends does not take away from your responsibility as a mother. It supports you in showing up better. This trip was fun and energizing, but it was also a small reset that helped me come back clearer and more present, and I wanted to share it for anyone who might need the reminder that taking time to recharge and stay connected to the people who support you can help you show up better in every part of your life, including motherhood!!
