The Radiant tomb featuring "The Risen" event can be found on Yaesha in a dungeon called Ahanae's Lament. The trick is put it on the highest difficulty you can with your XP or farming trinkets equipped and kill every enemy until they stop spawning. Once they stop spawning, simply use the liquid escape item to repeat this method.
Farming gear:
Talisman of perseverance - Survival reward for killing 50 bosses (DLC)
Sage stone - random drop on Earth
Scavenger's bauble - Reward for a bell puzzle on Yaesha
Pearl of luminescence - random drop on Yeasha
Adventurer set - Starting gear
Adventurer goggles - defeat 5 bosses in survival (DLC)
Elder Knowledge trait - found in the basement of Ward 13
