On 3/11/2026 I captured this scene of MBTA's New Haven F40 heritage unit going over the Cocasset St. Bridge in Foxboro, MA. The bridge was originally built by the New Haven Railroad and in the mid-1950's received a advertisement paint job reading "Weather or No, Go New Haven". Of course today the bridge is looking a bit weathered itself but its still neat to see faded reminders of the past and of course fresh reminders of the past in the former of a NH F40! Also in this short video we catch a new Acela crossing over shortly after the F40.
