This project demonstrates a real-time AI-powered vehicle intelligence system.

The system performs:
Vehicle detection and tracking using Deep Learning
License plate detection
OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for plate number extraction
Brand recognition (e.g., Toyota, BMW, etc.)
Real-time alerts using Telegram notifications
API integration with backend system
