Leaders of this world know the golden rule of Civ 5 Battle Royale: all around may turn into ashes but while you control the capital you stand a chance. The art of defense in these lands has been improved over the centuries, while the moats and hills made the local capitals almost impregnable, but there is one more important rule that must not be forgotten: artillery changes everything.
