Описание: Tata Motors Demerger: Those who held Tata Motors shares till October 13 will now get shares of TMLCV i.e. Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles in the ratio of 1:1.This means that if you own one Tata Motors share, you will receive one TMLCV share. These new TMLCV shares will be listed on the NSE and BSE within 30 to 45 days, likely by November 2025.During this time, these shares will be visible in your demat account, but you will not be able to trade them i.e. buy or sell them.

Tata Motors Demerger: जिन लोगों के पास 13 अक्टूबर तक Tata Motors के शेयर थे, उन्हें अब 1:1 के रेश्यो में TMLCV यानि टाटा Motors Commercial Vehicles के शेयर मिलेंगे।यानि अगर आपके पास 1 टाटा मोटर्स का शेयर है, तो आपको 1 TMLCV शेयर मिलेगा। इन नए TMLCV शेयरों को 30 से 45 दिनों के अंदर, यानी संभावना है कि नवंबर 2025 तक, NSE और BSE पर लिस्ट किया जाएगा। इस दौरान ये शेयर आपके डीमैट अकाउंट में दिखेंगे, लेकिन आप इन्हें ट्रेड यानी की खरीद-बिक्री नहीं कर पाएंगे।
