When I first started training I was like you, rolling on the floor right at the end of the workout… I couldn’t stand on my legs anymore.
It’s during my second online competition that an athlete told me the secret for recovery… and I’m now sharing it with you 💪
BIKING! 🚴
I mean… biking, rowing, jogging, doesn’t matter, as long as you stay active for 7 to 12min post workout. You’ll be impressed when you’ll wake up soreness free by the next day 💪
