Описание: 🗓️ 3 Months (milestone) 12 Weeks post Trimalleolar Fracture with Dislocation (ORIF) accident update.

We have come along way 11 weeks and five days in, I can walk with crutches down stairs but not upstairs yet! 🤩

I’ve started trying to do physio trying to point toes forward which is not at all good at the moment but little by little! 🦶🏼

12 weeks today I can bear full weight-bear on ankle for nearly 3 seconds and less of a limp!

I’m still worried as I feel so vulnerable without the boot and cannot weight bear at all without boot! Knee has started giving me gyp since bearing more weight, guess the angle of leg 🦵 and gait etc as boot is on a platform etc.

I can now feel both screws 🔩 in ankle when swelling down. The second isn’t causing too much of a problem yet, only time will tell!

Overall, I’m so happy with progress in a week, since bearing weight-bearing without crutches!! 🩼 The only way is up now 😁
