Catching the Cybercriminal: Reforming Global Law Enforcement
At this symposium, co-hosted by Third Way, NYU Law's Center for Cybersecurity, and the Journal of National Security Law and Policy, experts discussed policy solutions to identify and impose consequences on malicious cyber actors from the perspective of America's law enforcement as well as of our international partners.
Recently, Third Way partnered with the Journal of National Security Law and Policy to produce a special edition of the journal, focusing on cybercrime enforcement. The authors of research papers that will be published in this edition presented their research.
