1kg fresh eggplant, washed and sliced
2 tbsp gram flour (besan/chana maida)
2 tbsp rice bran or flour
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Minimal oil (1 tsp or drops)
Optional: Mustard oil for brushing
Quick Steps:
1. Mix all spices with gram flour and rice bran in a bowl.
