A city walk from JR Naruto Station to the central area of Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture.
We see Naruto Center Street, Daimichi Gintengai, and the new Naruto City Hall, and return to JR Naruto Station. The whirlpool scene is included in the last cut because the sound was not captured (bad microphone).
