The challenging, labour-intensive tasks have been completed. Two of the three rooves have been replaced, and both water and electricity, as well as a septic tank, are connected.

There remains a lot of work to be completed, electrics, plumbing, plasterboard, windows, doors, insulation etc

A new hangar has been constructed on the site of a former dilapidated structure. The ground floor of the property has been thoughtfully redesigned ; wide openings between the three main rooms create an enhanced sense of flow throughout the space.
