This screencast guides you to synchronize or backup directories for your FTP, WebDav, iDisk, and Amazon S3 in CrossFTP.
Detail steps:
1. Get the left and right directory pane opening with source and target directory.
2. Choose Tools - Synchronize Directories...
3. Select what to sync (including sub directories)
4. Setup how to sync (mirror left to right)
5. Preview the result
6. Synchronize
