Happy New Year! I hope you’re having a lovely weekend and carving out some time for self-care and reflection.
In a prior video when I reference how I plan to use my yearly goal planner, I reference my 5 Year Goals Planner that I’ve used since 2022, each year, and this year will round out the 5-Year goals I set for myself! Hard to believe I set this up on YouTube 4 years ago and have been through a very wild ride since! Thank you for coming along for the ride. 💖
In this video, I flip through my initial 5 Year Plan I set for myself and then subsequent 5-Year plans for Wellness, Lifestyle, Personal, and Financial. One of my favorite elements is the section with blocks to track milestones.
I speak often about mental health and boundaries and I touch on that in greater detail in this review. I love looking back to see what has been accomplished since I initially set intentions and how I can plan this year to close out the 5 years strong.
