Additional explanation -

As stated in the video, through the scriptures man of God “MAY BE complete”. Paul meant that the knowledge of scriptures CAN complete the man of God. Perseverance, Faith and Good Works also CAN complete the man of God.

Faith – Without Faith its impossible to please God (Heb.11:6).

Good works – Just like Scriptures, good works are PROFITABLE to the man of God (Titus 3:8).

Perseverance – James used an even stronger word about perseverance. While Paul said scriptures and good works are profitable to us, James said in James 1:4 that perseverance COMPLETES US LACKING IN NOTHING. But these statement of James is hyperbole and should not be taken as an absolute literal statement.

Knowledge of Scriptures, Faith, Good Works and Perseverance completes the man of God which means any of these 4 CAN complete the man of God.

Analogy: Let say there are 7 dragon balls you need to collect. ANY OF THE 7 DRAGONBALLS CAN COMPLETE YOUR COLLECTION.
