Atty. Jimmy Bondoc questioned the plunder case stemming from alleged campaign donation issues, saying he believes the charge is a "stretch" and appears to be politically motivated.

Speaking on #PolitikoTalks, Bondoc argued that cases against personalities perceived to be opposing the administration seem to move quickly, particularly when they involve non-bailable offenses. He added that, in his view, the circumstances point to what he described as "selective justice."

Bondoc, however, said he is willing to wait and see how other high-profile cases will be handled before making a final judgment.
