Located in the core area of Foreshore International Business District, CRYSTAL PLAZA project is an urban complex project jointly built by TISHMAN SPEYER and Shanghai Lujiazui Group, which combines shopping center, super grade A office building and high-end residential area. The project was founded by KPF co-founder William. Designed by WILLIAM PEDERSEN himself, the overall shape of the building is crystal geometry, creating a "crystal" color business model of the foreshore.
