VOPSIRE ETRIERI Bmw

Описание: In clipul de mai sus puteti urmari Vopsirea Electrostatica a unui set de Etrieri marca BMW, model F01.
Etrierii au fost demontati cu grija de pe autoturism, izolati corespunzator pentru a nu deteriora garniturile, filetele, pistonasele de vacum sau alte elemente ce trebuiesc sablate sau vopsite.
Dupa aceea intregul set de etrieri a fost sablat cu nisip de granulatie mica pentru a indeparta/curata rugina si orice urma de mizerie.
Dupa ce etrierii au fost sablati s a inceput procesul de vopsire in camp electrostatic, acestia s au incalzit la 200 de grade timp de 20 de minute pentru a se "degaza", apoi s a aplicat fuller electrostatic si sau lasat la polimerizat timp de 20 de minute.
Dupa polimerizarea fullerului s a aplicat stratul de baza electrostatic, si anume pulberea crom pentru a crea efectul de "candy" ( adancime si luciu intens) iar acesta s a lasat la polimerizat( 200 de grade) timp de 20 de minute.
Dupa "coacerea" cromului pe etrieri s a aplicat culoarea "candy blue" si s a lasat la polimerizat tot 20 de minute.
A urmat aplicarea stikere lor cu sigla "M" si dupa aceea s a aplica un strat de lac si polimerizarea la cuptor timp de 20 de minute.
Dupa ce etrierii s au racit au fost montati inapoi pe masina, a fost facuta aerisirea si completat nivelul de lichid de frana.

Tot procesul a fost facut in doar 4 ore, inclusiv demontatul si montatul iar rezultatul a fost incredibil.

In the video above you can watch Electrostatic Painting a set of stirrups BMW brand, model F01.
The stirrups were carefully disassemble the car, properly insulated to not damage seals, threads, vacuum pistons or other items that must be sanded or painted.
Then the entire set of stirrups was blasted with sand-grained to remove / clean all traces of rust and dirt.
After stirrups were sandblast has begun the process of electrostatic painting, they have been heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes to "degas" then applied fuller electrostatic or left the polymerized for 20 minutes .
After polymerization fuller and the base layer applied electrostatically, namely chromium powder to create the effect of "candy" (depth and gloss), and this was allowed to cure (200 °) for 20 minutes.
After "baking" the stirrups were applied chrome color "blue candy" and were allowed to polymerized all 20 minutes.
Followed application of their stickers with the logo "M" s and then apply a coat of varnish and polymerization in the oven for 20 minutes.
After they have cooled calipers were installed back in the car, it was taken and completed airing brake fluid level.

The whole process was done in only 4 hours, including demontatul and the mounting and the result was incredible.
