Taken on January 31st, 2026.
Due to track switch replacement nights and weekends in January and February, there was no (4) train service between 149th Street-Grand Concourse and 125th Street.
(4) train service ran in two sections:
1. Between Utica Avenue/New Lots Avenue and 125th Street and via the (6) line to/from 3rd Avenue-138th Street.
2. Between Woodlawn and 149th Street-Grand Concourse, every 12 minutes days and evenings.
Free shuttle buses ran between 149th Street-Grand Concourse and 3rd Avenue-138th Street at the (6) Train Station, stopping at 138th Street-Grand Concourse.
In Manhattan, (4) trains ran local in both directions between 125th Street and Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall.
