A great simple sauce that only has three ingredients but can go great on all sorts of things is Greek yogurt, some chopped up chives, and a splash of milk. After you've blended it to be nice and smooth just whisk in a little bit more of yogurt, just to thicken it up a bit. It's great on chicken. Really awesome with shrimp, good on scallops, or a little bit of grilled fish.
