In this video, I show you how to make banana oat pancakes and herbed breakfast sausage patties! Both recipes are 100% gluten and dairy free and low FODMAP friendly! You can tweak them to your liking and easily substitute whatever ingredients you prefer or that your allergies or tolerances allow. Enjoy!
Banana Oat Pancakes (Makes 5-6)
1 banana
1 1/2 cup oats
1 cup (any kind you prefer) milk
Blend oats until powder consistency. Mix all ingredients together. Heat pan or skillet and coat with spray or butter (we use earth balance) pour 1/4 cup batter and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Herb Sausage Patties
1 lb pork
