I go through some key movements that you can do right now to start feeling better through your squat. In the beginning the of the video I take you through a banded distraction drill for internal rotation of the hip which gives tons of people issues including HIP IMPINGEMENT. Doing the banded drill is a great place to start for that and will help increase internal rotation... what we need for a deeper squat once we pass parallel.
