Such a tasty way of using up Hot Cross Buns! To make, you will need:
4/5 Hot Cross Buns, 30g Butter, 1 tbsp Caster Sugar, 2tbsp Chocolate Chips, 2 Eggs, 225ml Milk.
You will also need an oven proof dish, around 8inches in diameter or an equivalent size - ours is oval!
