Описание: Joanna Foster CBE has had a distinguished and varied career defined by her commitment to creating meaningful change. From her international work at the INSEAD Business School in France and the Western Psychiatric Institute in Pittsburgh, USA, to her leadership of women's development at The Industrial Society and later as Chair of the Equal Opportunities Commission, Joanna has been at the forefront of improving equality, work–life balance, and family-friendly employment in the UK. She led the UN's International Year of the Family for the UK, founded the Work-Life Forum as well as chairing other major organisations including the Crafts Council, the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, and the Lloyds TSB Foundation. She continues to lead community and cultural initiatives in Oxfordshire and continues to juggle her own work life balance.
