@Boni_Adventures travels south to Tyalgum in Northern NSW. We stay at the majestic "Highfield" where we explore this fantastic working farm and it's surrounds. It's the middle of December so it's a bit warm, but the home is fully air conditioned and has everything you need for a luxurious stay in the heart of the country.
