I would like want to announce that I’m starting a nofap success stories series here on my channel and this is part 1. I will try to post a new story about once a week in addition to my other usual content about, nofap, overcoming anxiety and other self improvement stuff. And I’m going to keep posting nofap success stories for years so if you are into nofap, make sure to keep it locked in to this channel to keep you inspired and motivated.

Part one is about a guy who calls himself “Invictus”

I used to love reading Invictus nofap journal back when I was doing my own reboot several years ago. By the way, if someone is wondering, yes I mastered it a long time ago already, but I’m still doing nofap today, because of all the massive benefits. Some more things you might wanna know about me is that I have literally read over 1000 nofap journals to this date and I have read all the research and studies that’s been made so far on how using online “adult entertainment” affects us in a negative way.
